These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pr999 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

pr999 is strictly a 21+ platform. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register and play. pr999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts created by underage persons will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
All transactions on pr999 are processed in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you own. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.
All pr999 bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Attempting to abuse promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other manipulation tactics will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
pr999 provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. You may request account restrictions at any time via the Responsible Gaming settings in your account. pr999 will action all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr999 account credentials. pr999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified pr999 of unauthorised access.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent behaviour are prohibited. pr999 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is suspected.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the pr999 online gaming platform, including the website located at pr999.pro, any associated mobile interfaces, software applications, and all services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to the pr999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Verification Rights. pr999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and utility bills issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pr999 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in your specific location. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
2.4 Underage Accounts. If pr999 discovers that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source and all winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.
2.5 Single Account Rule. Each individual is entitled to hold only one (1) pr999 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or through alternative identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without prior notice.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of pr999 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pr999 will never contact you requesting your password via any channel.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify pr999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. pr999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to notify us in a timely manner.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pr999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Ownership of Payment Methods. You may only deposit to and withdraw from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. pr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by pr999 in accordance with applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. pr999 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. pr999 may withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. In cases of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity, pr999 may freeze the relevant account and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.
4.6 No Cash Transactions. pr999 does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals under any circumstances. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment methods listed in clause 4.1.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. pr999 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated herein by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pr999 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play between accounts, low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting pricing or software errors. If bonus abuse is detected, pr999 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all related winnings, and close the account without notice.
5.4 Modification or Cancellation of Promotions. pr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the pr999 Platform utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and pr999 does not manipulate results in any way.
6.2 Betting Rules. Each sport, game, and market available on the Platform is governed by specific betting rules published within the relevant section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of any ambiguity, pr999's determination of the applicable rules shall be final.
6.3 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, pr999's decision, made in good faith and with reference to available data and applicable game rules, shall be final and binding. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during gameplay, pr999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game from server logs. Where this is not possible, any bets affected by the technical failure may be voided and stakes returned at pr999's discretion. pr999 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Currency. All bets and payouts on pr999 are processed in PKR. Where a game is displayed in an alternative denomination, the PKR equivalent will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pr999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pr999.
9.3 The pr999 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of pr999. Unauthorised use of pr999 trademarks is strictly prohibited.
10.1 pr999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.
10.3 pr999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for platform operations and legal compliance.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 pr999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pr999 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pr999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pr999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your pr999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding AML checks are pending.
12.2 Termination by pr999. pr999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pr999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) continued operation of your account poses a risk of harm to pr999 or other players; or (d) your account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, pr999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom. In all other cases of termination, verified balances will be returned subject to applicable AML and verification checks.
13.1 pr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pr999 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where applicable, via email to the address registered on your account.
13.2 Amendments take effect on the date published on the Platform unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 12.1.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which pr999 is licensed.
14.2 In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact pr999 support to attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure. pr999 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.
